The Streaming Giant Chooses Ideal Star for Mr. 2 in One Piece Third Season

The Secret Organization is set to play a huge role in the next installment of Netflix’s show of One Piece, although the true confrontation won’t take place until the next season, and a cherished, audience-beloved member has just been cast.

The platform declared recently that the skilled actor will appear in the One Piece season 3 cast and will portray Bentham. This character possesses the power to transform into an identical duplicate of any individual they’ve laid a hand on with their right hand. The performer, who is gender non-conforming and uses they/them pronouns, will depict a rendition of that role reinterpreted as non-binary, as opposed to as a drag performer, in the real-life adaptation, differing from the source material and animated series.

The new cast member will work alongside a number of recently announced actors tasked with bringing the organization to the screen, such as leader the main antagonist, played by the well-known actor, Sophia Anne Caruso as Miss Goldenweek, and Sendhil Ramamurthy, who will appear as the ensemble as King Nefertari Cobra of Alabasta.

Although this character is a key figure of Baroque Works, the character won’t make their debut One Piece the third season. Given the next season expected to adapt the Little Garden arc, this signals a major departure in the placement of the character’s debut, one that could suggest further changes to the story’s structure.

Their mix of precise humor and emotional depth makes them a perfect fit for the role. Besides their recent voice performance in the animated feature Boys Go to Jupiter, they garnered significant recognition and multiple awards for penning and acting in the popular theatrical show Oh Mary!, emphasizing the adaptability they’ll add to one of One Piece’s highly regarded figures.

The streaming service’s real-life One Piece program is set to return for its next installment on March 10, 2026.
